This Creator Agreement governs your participation as a content creator on OnlyTranss. By applying for a Creator Account, uploading media, or earning revenue through the platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Mandatory Identity Verification (KYC)

To activate monetization and publish content, all creators must complete our verification process:

You must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID Card).

You must submit a selfie holding your ID next to a written note containing your full legal name, current date, and your OnlyTranss account username.

Accounts using forged, stolen, or expired documents will be permanently banned and reported to federal compliance databases.

2. Earnings & Commission Split

Revenue Share: Creators earn 80% of all net revenue generated from subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV) posts, direct messaging fees, and tips.

Platform Fee: OnlyTranss retains a 20% service fee to cover global payment gateway fees, server infrastructure, security, anti-piracy tools, and platform maintenance.

Price Limits: Creators have full control to set their monthly subscription prices and PPV post costs within platform-established minimums and maximums.

3. Payouts & Taxes

Payout Methods: Earnings can be withdrawn via supported payment methods (Bank Wire, ACH, Paxum, or Direct e-Wallet transfers).

Payout Schedule: Payout requests are processed on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) subject to reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Tax Responsibility: Creators operate as independent contractors. You are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying any applicable income or sales taxes in your primary tax jurisdiction.

4. Content Rights & Warranties

Ownership: You retain full intellectual property ownership of all original content you create and upload to OnlyTranss.

Content Guarantee: You represent and warrant that all individuals appearing in your content are at least 18 years of age and have granted explicit written consent to be recorded and published.

Compliance: You agree not to upload non-consensual content, copyrighted material owned by third parties, or illegal material.

5. Termination & Suspensions

OnlyTranss reserves the right to freeze earnings or terminate creator accounts in cases of:

Uploading content featuring minors (+18 compliance failure).

Fraudulent transactions or excessive chargeback activity originating from creator actions.

Breach of copyright or unauthorized licensing of third-party media.
